NRV Bingo Challenge – Official Rules

Sponsor/Host: IT Mushroom, Christiansburg, VA

Eligibility: Open to individuals age 18 or older who are residents or visitors of the New River Valley region in Virginia. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of IT Mushroom, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. Any winners, must be able to accept your winnings in Christiansburg, VA (no deliveries).

How to Enter: Visit participating businesses during the promotion period and either (a) scan the QR code provided or (b) obtain a stamp/signature on a printed bingo card. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit: one entry method per person per square.

Entries: Register a free bingo board equals one (1) entry. Completed “bingos” (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal lines) may earn bonus entries as advertised. Completing the entire card may earn additional bonus entries. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are void. IT Mushroom may require participants to confirm their entry by responding to a verification email. Entries close at 2025-11-02T04:59:59Z.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Basket (Approximate Retail Value: $2000+) containing Blackstone Griddle. Prize components are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s discretion. No cash equivalent will be awarded.

Drawing/Odds: Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on 2025-11-04T00:00:00Z at TBD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within a reasonable time after the drawing. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond in time, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity: By accepting a prize, winner consents (unless prohibited by law) to the use of their first name, last initial, city/state of residence, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries; network interruptions; QR code scanning issues; or other technical malfunctions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the promotion.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montgomery County, Virginia.
